A licensed electrician runs the load calculation in your home and sizes the unit for your A/C, pool, kitchen and anything else you want running.
Permits & Inspections
We file with Collier or Lee County, meet the inspector, and coordinate the licensed gas contractor. You get one install date and one number.
Transfer Switch & Wiring
Pad, generator, automatic transfer switch and panel wiring, all to code. If your panel can't support it, we upgrade it on the same job.
Start-Up & Service Plans
Full load test, a walkthrough of the controls and app, then annual maintenance plans so it starts every time it has to.

Free in-home estimate. A licensed electrician walks the property, runs the load calc, checks your panel and gas supply, and gives you a written price.

Permits and scheduling. We file with Collier or Lee County, coordinate the gas contractor and order your unit. You get one install date.

Installation day. Pad, generator, transfer switch, wiring and gas connection. Most residential installs are completed in one to two days on site.

Inspection, start-up, handoff. County inspection, full load test, and we show you the controls and the monitoring app. Then it just waits for the next outage.
